After an illustrious 21-year career with the New York Police Department (NYPD), where I proudly served as a Sergeant, I embarked on a new journey in 2023 by founding WM Security Services. My decision to step into the private security industry was driven by a passion for safety, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to bring my extensive law enforcement experience to a broader audience. WM Security Services was born out of a vision to provide top-tier, reliable, and innovative security solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. From corporate security to event protection, our mission is to ensure safety and peace of mind in an ever-changing world. As a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry, I’ve faced my share of challenges. However, my resilience, leadership skills, and unwavering dedication have allowed me to navigate these obstacles and build a company that stands out for its professionalism, integrity, and results-driven approach.
