Nikki Hahn

Nikki A. Hahn, MPA is the CEO of the Women’s Enterprise Development Center (WEDC), an organization that supports entrepreneurship and economic development in Westchester County and the Hudson Valley. She has a personal connection to the mission of the organization, as she watched her husband grow his own small business from launch to successful acquisition.

In addition to her role at WEDC, Nikki serves as the Chair Emeritus of Cure JM Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on finding a cure for Juvenile Myositis. Under her leadership, the organization has evolved from a grassroots parent-run nonprofit to a professional, international rare disease research foundation. She has facilitated an expansion of family support, established a walk program, implemented a strategy to double the organization’s Centers of Excellence, and secured a $4 million Chan Zuckerberg Initiative grant in partnership with the University of Michigan.

With a demonstrated track record of professionalizing and scaling grassroots organizations, Nikki also serves on several nonprofit boards, including the Association of Development Officers, Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation, and the Association of Women’s Business Centers. Additionally, she is the President of the Westchester Children’s Chorus and was recognized as a 914 Inc. and Westchester Magazine Women in Business Leadership Winner in 2022. She earned both a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University.
