Roberta S. Goodman, Esq. is a part time senior staff attorney in the Elder Justice unit with the Pace Women’s Justice Center in White Plains. She represents, educates and advocates on behalf of elder abuse victims in a broad range of matters, including financial exploitation, securing family court orders of protection for incidents of domestic disputes, voluntary guardianships, advance planning and negotiating legal resolutions involving abusive living situations. Roberta is a member of the Westchester County Elder Abuse Multidisciplinary Team and Westchester Mental Health Geriatric Care Collaborative, the New York State and Westchester County Bar Associations, Trusts and Estates and Elder Law Sections and a former President and founding member of the New York City Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. She maintains a private practice focusing on trust and estate matters, including the drafting of documents and the administration of estates.
